Francesco Bagnaia is an Italian Grand Prix motorcycle racer competing in MotoGP for the Ducati Lenovo Team. After joining the Ducati factory team in 2021, Bagnaia quickly proved his talent by finishing second in his debut season with the team.

He made history in 2022 by becoming the first Italian rider to win the MotoGP World Championship, continued his dominance by winning the 2023 title as well, cementing his status as one of the sport’s top riders. 

Bagnaia signed a contract extension with Ducati Lenovo in March 2024, keeping him under contract through the end of the 2026 season. He earns an estimated $7 million, translating to around €5.94 million or £5.12 million per year, equivalent to about $134,600 ( about £98,600 or €114,200 ) per week.
